DECOTACOMA was formed in early 2006 when professional organizer, Monica Del Giudice, decided it was time to put her skills and experience to use in a way that could help many people in a variety of ways.

Monica Del Giudice began her career almost twenty years ago working in various executive assistant roles in the entertainment industry. She has worked in Boston, New York, Los Angeles and now the Pacific Northwest. In her role as a professional organizer, she has organized private residences and businesses encompassing all aspects of the organizational process including setting up file systems for home/office, basic time management systems, space planning, decluttering all areas of the home, unpacking moves, event planning, etc.

After the birth of her second son, Monica and her family relocated from Los Angeles to the Seattle area, and she decided to take time away from work to spend with her sons. When the time was right to begin working again, she began working part-time doing kitchen space planning & design for the local branch of an international home furnishing company. In her daily routines and many contacts with clients, she realized that for many people home organization and family time management were issues that were difficult to maintain. She believed that if she combined her own expertise in helping high-level executives stay organized with her personal experience running her own household, she could potentially offer her services to benefit individuals and families who need to get back on track.

Whether it is a small organizing project, a whole-house project, interior space planning, simple implementation of systems or time management issues, Monica is eager to help each client with a personalized and practical approach to their needs while being sensitive to individual situations.
